Writ denied. The record shows that applicant is not entitled to relief prayed for.

BARHAM, J., is of the opinion an evidentiary hearing is required under Boykin v. Alabama, 395 U.S. 238, 89 S.Ct. 1709, 23 L.Ed.2d 274. The minutes and colloquy show that no explanation was given of the constitutional rights which are waived by a guilty plea. This is a post Boykin plea.
