Appellant was bitten by appellees' dog, and sued for damages. During the non-jury trial, appellees moved to have the action dismissed for want of prosecution. The transcript reveals the trial court's serious concern as to that issue. The ultimate ruling, however, was in favor of the defendants on the merits, there having been no showing that they knew (or should have known) that their dog was vicious.1 We do not...
