The three defendants-appellants were found guilty by a jury in the Southern District of Indiana on an indictment charging them and others with securities fraud (15 U.S.C. § 77q(a)) and mail fraud (18 U.S.C. § 1341). Fourteen counts of the original twenty-one count indictment were ultimately submitted to the jury.
