LEVENTHAL, Circuit Judge:

This is the third time that we have been asked to review some phase of the Government's case against Walter Ashe. In this latest chapter of the proceedings, Ashe was found not guilty by reason of insanity of a violation of 22 D.C. Code § 2801, carnal knowledge of a female child under sixteen years of age. In 71-1033, Ashe appeals the finding of guilt of the commission of the act, which is implicit in an acquittal by reason of insanity...
