This appeal is brought by the State of Indiana upon a question of law:1

Is a certified "computer printout" of a defendant's driving record admissible in evidence to show that on a given date his driver's license was suspended?

Officer William Wise signed an affidavit that he saw Danny Loehmer driving a motor vehicle while his driver's license was suspended.
