Gainer, Jr. and Edna Gainer to enforce a $30,260 commission for the sale of 712 acres in Benton County. On April 11, 1967, an offer and acceptance contract was entered into between the buyer (Charles Seaney) obtained by Tucker, and C. S. Gainer, Jr. and Edna J. Gainer, appellants herein.
