Phillip Godby and his brother Mike were tried jointly on homicide charges growing out of the death of Teddy Hardwick. Phillip was found guilty of voluntary manslaughter and was given a 10-year sentence. Mike was found guilty of aiding and abetting in the commission of voluntary manslaughter and was given an 8-year sentence.
