This case involves an opposition to the final tableau of distribution filed by the administrator of the Succession of Joseph E. Ocmand by one of the co-heirs of Joseph E. Ocmand, Mrs. Leland O. Case, insofar as it seeks collation by Mrs. Case of certain funds allegedly received by her from her father, Joseph E. Ocmand, prior to his death. The administrator appeals from a judgment of the district court which held the various items sought to be collated...
