Plaintiff as administrator of the estate of his minor child, Johnny Ray Womack, sued Earl Pickett for workmen's compensation benefits allegedly due as a result of Johnny Ray having sustained an inguinal hernia while employed at defendant's service station in Calhoun, Louisiana.
