The plaintiff Mrs. Elsie Granier Acosta, widow of Sterling Acosta, Sr., filed this suit against the defendant, Francis Hotard, endeavoring to rescind a lease contract encompassing a certain tract of land owned by her which is situated adjacent to the Airline Highway near Norco, Louisiana.
