Sarah R. Sharp, now age 34, and Brown J. Sharp, now age 41, were married on May 24, 1957. Four children were born of this marriage. On May 19, 1971, Sarah sued for a divorce alleging cruel and inhuman treatment. She sought custody of the children, a division of the property and alimony. Brown counterclaimed for a divorce on the same grounds, and he asked for the children, for a division of the property and that alimony be disallowed. A judgment...
