This is an appeal from the order of the district court for the Southern District of Florida dismissing appellant's complaint under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and denying a writ of habeas corpus. We grant a certificate of probable cause to appeal the denial of habeas corpus1; and finding no error in the action of the court below, we affirm.
