This action arises from the efforts of a group of private citizens to stop the construction of a section in Interstate Route 75 through northern Georgia. The proposed route crosses Lake Allatoona and other property protected by Section 4(f) of the Department of Transportation Act of 1966, 49 U.S.C. § 1653(f).
