Plaintiff, Shirley Heimbaugh, appeals from the judgment of the trial court dismissing her suit for damages for personal injuries which she sustained as the result of an alleged fall from a chair in an apartment which she was renting from defendant, Palm Apartments, Inc., which injuries plaintiff claims to have sustained as a result of the chair collapsing under her weight. Plaintiff named as defendants in her suit her lessor, Palm Apartments, Inc....
