Plaintiffs, Big "A" Sand & Gravel Company, Inc. and Albert Taylor Sanders, Jr., instituted this suit against defendants, Bay Sand & Gravel Company, Inc., Ace Sand & Gravel Company, Inc., Lex Jenkins, individually, and Ruth Jenkins, individually, to recover the sum of $193,919.28, the balance due on what was alleged to be a contract between the parties.
