Appellant, Herbert Melford Redbird, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried and convicted in the District Court of Caddo County, Case No. CRT-71-1577, for the crime of Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor, under the provisions of 47 O.S. 11-902.
