The sole question for review in this appeal is whether a trial judge may, on his own motion pursuant to Trial Rule 50, IC 1971, 34-5-1-1, set aside a judgment entered on a jury verdict and, prior to hearing argument and ruling on a Motion to Correct Errors, enter judgment for the other party.
