HASWELL, Justice.

This is an appeal by the employer's insurer in a Workmen's Compensation case. The Workmen's Compensation division (formerly the Industrial Accident Board) found no compensable injury and denied the employee's claim. On appeal, the district court heard additional testimony, found a compensable injury and awarded the employee benefits totaling $9,259.86. The employer's insurer now appeals from that judgment.
