OPINION

BUSSEY, Judge:

Appellant, James Edward Allen, Jr., hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried and convicted in the District Court of Tulsa County, Case No. CRF-71-2379, for the offense of Robbery With Firearms, After Former Conviction of a Felony. His punishment was fixed at fifteen (15) years imprisonment, and from said judgment and sentence, a timely appeal was perfected to this Court.
