This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of a repairman against the owner of a boat in the amount of $1,959.00 for repairs to the boat, recognizing a privilege against the boat in favor of the intervenor-repairman. The judgment appealed from also ordered that the boat be returned to the owner but that the Sheriff of Terrebonne Parish seize and sell the boat to satisfy the intervenor's judgment.
