This is an appeal by the claimant in a workmen's compensation case.

Basically two questions are presented: (a) Whether there is any substantial, competent evidence to support the findings of the trial court concerning the nature and extent of the claimant's disability, and (b) whether a payment of $1,100 by the respondent's insurance carrier to the claimant was properly credited...
