HOOD, Judge.

This is an action for damages arising out of an intersectional motor vehicle collision. The suit was instituted by Thomas R. Ernst against Murphy O'Bannion, Durward Grayson Lyons, and Continental Insurance Company. Continental was the insurer of the other two defendants. Judgment was rendered by the trial court in favor of plaintiff, and against all defendants, and defendants have appealed.
