Plaintiff, Whitley A. Tabor, brought this suit against the liability insurer of Pamela K. Dixon (now Mrs. Pamela K. Dixon Baron) to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by him as a result of being struck by an automobile driven by Miss Dixon. The accident occurred on November 5, 1971, at approximately 11:45 P.M. on the north service road of Florida Boulevard in the Parish of East Baton Rouge near the site of a fair sponsored by a Baton Rouge...
