This civil action was brought to recover on a contract for disability insurance. Edgar L. Ladouceur, the plaintiff, alleging that he suffered sickness and injury as defined in the contract, filed a claim with The Prudential Insurance Company of America, the defendant, pursuant to the insurance policy.
