Appellant Danny Jeffries was charged in the Municipal Court of Little Rock on informations filed by the prosecuting attorney with four violations of Act 590 of 1971 involving the sale of marijuana. Before a preliminary hearing was had in municipal court, the prosecuting attorney filed informations in the circuit court alleging the same violations.
