Defendant (Boyce) appeals a judgment in favor of plaintiff, LaFleur and his associate, Percy Fontenot (Appellees), decreeing rescission of the sale of a used D-7E Caterpillar Tractor for alleged vices and defects rendering the machine unsuitable for its intended purpose, namely, heavy land clearing involving the felling of trees, removal of stumps and related activities.
