SWANSON, J.

A jury found a Burien sauna parlor masseuse, Patricia Jones, guilty of the crime of vagrancy on the basis of being a "lewd, disorderly or dissolute person" in violation of RCW 9.87.010(7), which in pertinent part provides: "Every ... (7) [l]ewd, disorderly or dissolute person ... [i]s a vagrant ..." She was sentenced to 1 year in the county jail. However, the sentence was deferred upon the condition that she serve 11 months in jail and pay a $500 fine...
