ROBERTSON, Justice:

Jerry Box was convicted of the crime of burglary and sentenced by the Circuit Court of the First Judicial District of Chickasaw County, Mississippi, to a term of seven years in the Mississippi State Penitentiary.

Box was indicted by the Grand Jury on October 11, 1971. On written motion for mental examination made by defense counsel, Box was sent to the Mississippi State Hospital at Whitfield for a mental examination. The case was again...
