This is an appeal from a summary judgment rendered against plaintiffs. Plaintiffs-appellants filed a class action against DeCarlo Homes, Inc., and two banks,1 alleging racial discrimination in the sale and financing of certain residential property located in Dade County, Florida. Plaintiffs' claim below was predicated upon alleged violations of the Civil Rights Act of 1866, 42 U.S.C.A. §§ 1981, 1982, 1983...
