Mrs. Bogart brought suit against Twin City Fire Insurance Company, the insurance carrier of her family's automobiles, to recover damages resulting from the death of her husband and from the injuries suffered by her and her children in an automobile accident allegedly caused by an uninsured motorist. After finding Summerfield, the uninsured motorist, guilty of five counts of negligence, the district court entered a judgment for $56,830, exclusive...
