BRETT, Judge:

Appellant, Thomas Wayne Cannon, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was convicted in the District Court of Caddo County, Case No. CRT 71-2667, of the offense of driving while intoxicated, with punishment fixed at a fine of one Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($125.00) and thirty (30) days imprisonment in the County Jail.
