On September 3, 1969, John R. Grand, Jr., d/b/a Grand-Pelican Furniture Co., secured a judgment in the principal sum of $480.00, together with eight per cent. per annum interest from January 27, 1969, until paid, and an additional twenty-five per cent. on both principal and interest as attorney's fees against Lawrence J.
