These four consolidated suits arose out of an accident that occurred in the Parish of Tangipahoa at approximately 3:15 p. m. o'clock on April 25, 1972, on Louisiana Highway 1054, about 1.1 miles North of the intersection of Louisiana 1054 and Louisiana Highway 16 and about two miles from the City of Amite, Louisiana.
