Mr. and Mrs. David Block instituted this suit for damages allegedly sustained by them as the result of an automobile-motorcycle collision. The defendants are Mr. and Mrs. J. T. Fitts, Futrell Chevrolet, Inc., General Motors Corporation, and the insurers of some of those defendants. The trial court rendered judgment sustaining an exception of no cause and no right of action filed by Futrell Chevrolet, and its insurer, Hartford Accident & Indemnity...
