This is a wrongful death action brought by the four children of Benjamin Thomas Roberts against Lacy Cruse, individually and as Administrator of the estate of his minor son, Fred Cruse, and the liability insurer of the Cruse vehicle, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company.
