By order to show cause, dated March 12, 1973, petitioners, Mr. & Mrs. M. apply to this court for the return of their four children (three daughters, K- born Oct. 22, 1960; F- born June 20, 1962; R- born March 14, 1968; and son N- born Oct. 5, 1966) from the Bureau of Child Welfare (BCW) and the Catholic Guardian Society. (CGS).
