This interlocutory appeal, pursuant to Section 1292(b) of the Judicial Code [28 U.S.C. § 1292(b) (1971)], tests the availability to Hughes Tool Company, appellee, of Utah's long arm statute, Utah Code Ann. § 78-27-22, et seq. (Supp.1973) to acquire in personam jurisdiction over appellants who are nonresidents of Utah. Appellee is a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in Texas and with a valid permit to do business in Utah...
