This is an appeal arising from the dismissal of plaintiff's suit for damages due to personal injury or, in the alternative, for workmen's compensation benefits. Plaintiff, Clement Stigler, was injured when he was sprayed in the face with paint from a Rust-oleum aerosol paint can.
