EVANS, Justice.

In this Workmen's Compensation case, it was stipulated that appellee Draper was totally and permanently incapacitated while in the course and scope of his employment and that he was entitled to maximum Workmen's Compensation benefits. The trial court entered judgment for Draper against appellant, Home Indemnity Company, for the unpaid lump sum of compensation benefits, for unpaid medical expenses and an additional sum for nursing care services.
