Gervais Dohmann, Sr., a salesman employed by Bordelon Chevrolet, Inc., brought this suit for damages, alleging that he, a pedestrian, was struck by a one-half ton pickup truck being driven by Ronald C. Richard on the parking lot of his employer in Opelousas, Louisiana, on January 29, 1968, at approximately 11:30 A. M. Made defendants were Richard, the latter's employer, Dimmick Supply Company, Incorporated, and the insurer...
