This action was brought to recover damages for the wrongful deaths of Herbert Hazen, Jr., Josephine Hazen and Charlotte Thacker. There were multiple plaintiffs and defendants. The jury returned a verdict on February 3, 1964, for all the defendants against the plaintiffs. Post-trial motions were filed by the plaintiffs for judgment notwithstanding the verdict and for a new trial...
