The above-captioned cases, all arising out of the same fact situation, were consolidated for non-jury trial. All four cases were brought in this court on the basis of the so-called Miller Act, 40 U.S. C.A. §§ 270a-270d. Jurisdiction is premised on 40 U.S.C.A. § 270b.
