This appeal is from the decision of the Patent Office Board of Appeals, sustaining the examiner's rejection of Claims 1, 4-10, 12, 14-19 and 25, all of the claims in appellant's application.1 This appeal is a companion to In re Hawkins, Cust. & Pat.App. 486 F.2d 569 (1973), decided concurrently herewith.
