The appellant's notice of appeal filed on June 22, 1972 obviously attempted to appeal the final judgment in this cause rendered on April 21, 1972. The notice of appeal having been filed more than 30 days from the rendition of the final judgment, this court does not have jurisdiction of the cause, and, therefore,
