This is an employee's petition for specific compensation under G.L. 1956 (1968 Reenactment) § 28-33-19(m).1 The trial commissioner granted the petition and, on appeal, the full commission affirmed. The cause is before us on the respondent's appeal from the decree entered by the full commission.
