Morton, Jr., appeals from his convictions of conspiracy to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841 and 846, and of aiding and abetting in the distribution of cocaine hydrochloride, on two counts, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841 and 18 U.S.C. § 2. He was sentenced to three years imprisonment to be followed by a three-year mandatory parole period on each count of aiding and abetting and on the conspiracy...
