In this case, appellants James White, Willie Mack, and Alonzo Scott appeal jointly to this Court from respective judgments of conviction and sentences to imprisonment in the State Prison for the offense of rape. Scott pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 10 years. White and Mack stood trial, suffered adverse verdicts, and were sentenced to 30 years and 20 years respectively.
