KILKENNY, Circuit Judge:

This is a pro se appeal from the dismissal of what appears to be a civil rights action under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983 and 1985 and 28 U.S.C. § 1343. The lower court dismissed the action for failure of the complaint to state a claim upon which relief could be granted. We affirm.
