Pursuant to Petitioner's application for habeas corpus relief, brought under 28 U.S.C. § 2241 et seq., in the above styled matter, this Court on November 22, 1972, dismissed two of Petitioner's three allegations, appointed an attorney and scheduled a hearing for his third allegation.
