In what appears to be a case of first impression in this State, the defendants have moved to compel the District Attorney to furnish the names and addresses of all witnesses the prosecution plans to use to discredit the defendants' alibi defense. Heretofore, the defendants had furnished a list of their alibi witnesses to the prosecution, as they are required to do pursuant to CPL 250.20. They claim that they are entitled to reciprocity...
